Description SUBIC provides users with acces to a Zeiss Versa 520 X-ray microscope capable of producing 3D images down to a 0.7 micrometer resolution. SUBIC is specifically focused on biological samples but are rutinely imaging of fosiles, various materials, and electronic components. Anything where a complete 3D image of something small is needed, we can handle it.
