Service de Prototypage et d'instrumentation Mécanique et Electronique

The S-PrIME facility is dedicated to the design and modification of prototypes of intrumental solutions (mechanical/electronic integration and interfacing) for integrative neuroscience research on human primates (HP) and non-human primates (NHP). The many technologies and services provided by S-PrIME allows achieving optimal solutions in terms of both design and ergonomics.

S-PrIME is open to scientific communities of both the academic and private sectors.

Upon request, S-PriME can design instrumental and mechanical solutions, as well as modify and/or complete existing or commercial tools. More precisely, the facility is equipped with the following a 3D printer for additive manufacturing and a CNC machining bench for subtractive manufacturing. Among the services provided by the facility are also the engraving of printed circuits and the access to an electronic studio.
