Equipment
The facility offers services ranging from the preparation of RNA or DNA material to t quantity and quality of the controls of the nucleic acids so produced. It also allows performing retro transcription of RNAs, as well as qPCR.
To do so, the facility is equipped with a new generation sequencer (MiSeq Illumina), as well as a Polaris (Fluidigm) which allows associating transcriptomes.
