The facility offers a wide range of services dedicated to transcriptome and genome analyses, and which mostly address research questions in microbiology. Nonetheless, it is basically open to host any type of biology projects dealing with eukaryotic and prokaryotic organisms.

The facility is accesssible to any type of research questions to staff from the public or private sectors and upon specific request.
The facility offers services ranging from the preparation of RNA or DNA material to t quantity and quality of the controls of the nucleic acids so produced. It also allows performing retro transcription of RNAs, as well as qPCR.
To do so, the facility is equipped with a new generation sequencer (MiSeq Illumina), as well as a Polaris (Fluidigm) which allows associating transcriptomes.
