With 40 years of experience, PHYTOTEC brings together a range of resources for cultivation under controlled conditions, spread over two geographical sites: the Cité des Énergies in Saint Paul lez Durance and the Luminy campus in Marseille. The facility allows carrying out experiments or isotopic labeling on plants, algae or bacteria.

PHYTOTEC is open to all actors from the academic and private sectors, upon request.

PHYTOTEC services range from the study of cultures in controlled conditions and based on model plants (e.g., Arabidopsis thaliana), stable isotope incorporation, and other agronomy-oriented experiments (e.g., on wheat, maize).
