Equipment The PACA Bioinfo facility relies on 880 CPU cores, 18432 GPU cores, 5 To of RAM and 250 To of storage which are distributed as follows: -one multi GPU server dedicated to cryo-microscopy, -three large memory servers dedicated to (meta)genomes assembly and large processes, -71 computing nodes, -one server dedicated to host the galaxy portal of the IMM (under development), -three servers to manage storage and schedule tasks, -three servers embedding virtual machines to host services of the facility. Two main types of services are provided through this equipment: -an online access via websites or internet portals to all (e.g., phylogeny.fr, ACD Tools) or only in some cases to the hosting laboratory members such as for the Galaxy portal. -offers for collaboration; the facility staff already participated in many international successful projects (e.g., Tara, Oceanomics, Spongex, permagenomics).
