DIFFUSIF is an optical instrumentation platform dedicated to metrology by and for scattered light.
The facility is unique and internationally recognized for its performances in extreme metrology of advanced optical components (e.g., space, defense, optical thin films).

DIFFUSIF is open to scientific communities of both the academic and private sectors, upon request.
DIFFUSIF consists of ten in-house scatterometers which allow analyzing scattered light through metrology and modeling.
