Description CP2M is equipped with powerful tools in electron microscopy and microanalysis managed by skilled staff of the 'Federation Science Chimique de Marseille'. These tools notably consist of: Dual Beam FEI Hellios nanolab 600, MET FEI Titan 80-300, MET FEI Tecnai G2, and MEB Zeiss GeminiSEM 500. To these are associated equipments for sample preparation, simulation, and image processing. CP2M so supports the development of research activities related to the structural and chemical characterization of materials at the micro- or nanometric scales and to the training of new users to this type of tools. The fields of activity of the facility are mainly related to materials science.
