Content
Designing a micro-credential involves creating a focused, short-term learning experience that provides learners with verifiable, skill-based achievements. These are especially valuable in today’s education and professional development environments where flexibility, upskilling, and targeted competencies are key. Participants in this staff week will gain in-depth knowledge to designing a micro-credential, step-by-step. Main topic addressed: building the capacity among academic staff to design, implement, and recognize high-quality micro credentials aligned with European standards, particularly the European Approach to Microcredentials and the needs of CIVIS: Europe´s Civic University Alliance.
