Europe and the rule of law
For the virtual part, professors from the participating universities have recorded a series of videos that participating students must watch and attend. There are a number of compulsory core subjects and other compulsory optional subjects. Students must answer some questions about the content of the lessons, which will entitle them to compete to attend the physical course. Physical Part Description
The focus of the seminar is the legal comparison of several European legal systems with regard to the main topic "Europe and the Rule of Law". Here, the students should write essays on the sub-topics, which represents the current legal situation in the country of origin. In a second step, the students should compare their elaborations on the legal situation working out similarities and differences, which are then presented in a common presentation. In addition, there are introductory lectures by the lecturers, who are also intended to support the students in their elaborations.
