Physical Part Description The focus of the seminar is the legal comparison of several European legal systems with regard to the main topic "Europe and the Rule of Law". Here, the students should write essays on the sub-topics, which represents the current legal situation in the country of origin. In a second step, the students should compare their elaborations on the legal situation working out similarities and differences, which are then presented in a common presentation. In addition, there are introductory lectures by the lecturers, who are also intended to support the students in their elaborations.
