Qualification objectives: Understanding student involvement in civic engagement
Learning objectives:
· Understand motives, values and competencies in the area of Civic Engagement
· Understand how Civic Engagement is connected to a relational sense of self and identity enrichment.
· Personal reflection on own values and experiences.
Second part | Civic Tourism | University of Bucharest
Qualification objectives: The aim of this module is to provide students with theoretical and practical training in civic tourism
Learning objectives:
· Understanding and knowledge of the products, organisation and structure of the civic tourism
· To develop students’ intellectual capabilities of analysis and interpretation, critical evaluation, selection and synthesis, reasoned argument, research and problem solving related to civic tourism
· Create, apply, and evaluate marketing strategies for civic tourism
· Interpret and evaluate civic tourism as a phenomenon and as a business system.
· Explain the diverse nature of civic tourism, including culture and place, global/local perspectives, and experience design and provision.
· Identify and assess relationships and networks relative to building civic tourism capacity
